All orders qualify for FREE Domestic Ground Shipping.
All Freight shipping does not apply for this Free Shipping offer.
Shipping times are variable depending on item purchased.
Expedited shipping can be done upon request on some items and the upgraded shipping request will be charged accordingly.
Free Domestic Ground Shipping Offer only includes the contiguous 48 states (FPO/APO excluded). P.O. Boxes are not allowed for shipping. United States territories are not included. The shipping charge for each destination will be variable.
Groovy Hi-Fi Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to choose the carrier for shipment and shipping method. This applies even when Free Shipping offer has expired or discontinued.
Changing the terms of this offer can be altered at any time.
Terms of Sale
We will notify customer when an item is on backorder as soon as possible and will update accordingly. There will be no additional shipping charge for backordered items. If there are multiple backordered items they will be held back and shipped together.
Average in stock and non-freight order will be within 3-10 business days.
Groovy Hi-Fi Solutions, Inc. collects applicable sales tax on items shipping to the following states: IL, NV, TN, NY, CA, WI, NJ, IN, CO, MI, CT, NC, MD, WA, MN, GA, IA, MA, TX, KY, PA, LA, SC, AZ, KS.
When required, Groovy Hi-Fi Solutions, Inc. will also collect sales tax in other states.

If the product arrives damaged or defective:
First contact us within 30 days of purchase, at (626)359-9131 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. At that time, we can quickly set up a return or replacement for your product. Returns may be handled differently based on the product. If necessary, we will issue you an RMA# and your shipping charges will be taken care of. We will need to receive your damaged or defective items within 15 days of issued RMA #.
Please note these requirements to follow through with your return with damaged or defective merchandise:
- Attach the RMA# to the outside of the shipping box.
- All items that were included in original packaging must be included, such as manuals, accessories, and original packaging material. If it originally was doubled-boxed please return both.
- The UPC codes must remain intact and original box must be in reusable and resealable condition.
- If you choose to use your own shipping method, we are not responsible for damage, lost or stolen packages during transit.
